Leadership

Greg came to Hauser Community Church in August 2017 as an appointed Village Missions Pastor. He recently served as Interim Pastor in Washington for the previous year and in youth ministry since 2003. Greg graduated from Multnomah Biblical Seminary, with a Masters of Divinity. He also graduated with his Bachelor degree in Religious Studies from Liberty University. Greg served in the Air Force from 2002 - 2009 and was able to travel the world with his wonderful family. He loves the outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking and reading whatever he can get his hands on. Greg and Nikki met by God’s grace in 2003 in military training and have been happily married ever since. They have been blessed with two wonderful boys who also love the outdoors. 

Romans Sendriks grew up in Latvia, Northern Europe. He came to the United States in 2013 to pursue a master’s degree in pastoral ministry. Romans holds three master’s degrees from three different educational institutes here in the United States: The Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from North Greenville University, South Carolina; the Master of Divinity from the Master’s Seminary, Los Angeles, California; and the Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from the Master’s University, Santa Clarita, California. Romans enjoys reading books, bicycling, and hiking. Romans has been part of the Hauser Community Church pastoral staff since April 2025.

Kylon was born in Medford, OR and came to know Jesus at an early age. After living in several different states, studying at Western Seminary, getting married, and having three children, Kylon and his family now reside in Medford, OR where they are excited about planting a new church. Kylon is married to his lovely wife Christie with whom he has a daughter named Una and two sons named Abel and Lemuel. Kylon enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, reading, and skateboarding.
